Daniel Ignatius Lee was born and raised in Singapore. In 2009, he graduated with a Diploma in Internet and Multimedia Development (Merit) from Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore in 2009. After his graduation, he joined Tribal DDB (Singapore) as a Webmaster. Tribal DDB is a subsidiary of the world's largest advertising group - Omnicom (NYSE: OMC). During his stint at Tribal DDB, he had the opportunity to work on major Web projects including Ministry of Health Singapore, McDonalds Singapore, Tourism Australia, DBS Bank Singapore, Johnson and Johnson Taiwan and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Singapore.

Daniel went on to serve his National Service after leaving Tribal DDB before completing his Bachelor degree in Information Technology and Systems, specialising in Internet Systems at Monash University, Australia. He is now with Hawker Brownlow Education (HBE), where he works as a Web Designer and Developer. In the short 12 months since joining HBE, Daniel has independently designed and developed multiple systems, including CARS & STARS Online: Assessments and Reports, CARS & STARS Online: Placement Guide and an iOS app that engages young children to learn listening and reading through the app’s gorgeous illustrations and engaging tunes. Daniel also deploy BRIGANCE® Online Management System that guides administrators and teachers step-by-step through each process, ensuring consistent and accurate data and reports. His latest pursuit at HBE was to extend his Web development skills into the world of mobile apps. His portfolio of works can be seen on this Website.

Daniel has a passion in the fields of design, Web standards as well as usability. He uses this Website as an experimental platform to explore and document these interests.
